Mizo Bird’s Eye Chilli for SELHEL will be sourced from Ropuiliani Women Farmer Producer Company Limited (WFPCL), which has established a structured and efficient procurement system across its operational areas. The Producer Company aggregates chilli from a large network of farmer members through 45 Digital Commodity Collection Centres (D3Cs), ensuring consistency in supply, quality grading, and transparency in procurement. Supported by trained Community Resource Persons (Sanchalikas) and institutional mechanisms under MzSRLM, the sourcing process ensures adherence to quality standards and reliable bulk availability. Through this arrangement, SELHEL will be able to procure high-quality, market-ready chilli while supporting a women-led, community-based enterprise and strengthening sustainable livelihoods for farmers across Mizoram. The total operational area covers 154 villages, 16 blocks, and 7 districts, with a total of 10,138 farmer members. The procurement support structure includes 45 Digital Commodity Collection Centres (D3Cs), managed by trained Community Resource Persons (Sanchalikas). The Producer Company has developed a decentralized and structured procurement model, with the procurement flow following the process of 

Farmers → D3C → Aggregation → Processing Centre → Quality Check → Bulk Marketing.
